- Damage Repair: We guarantee to fix any damages caused by our services at our expense. This commitment ensures peace of mind for our clients regarding any potential mishaps during our service.
- Insurance Coverage: Our services are backed by a $10 million public liability insurance policy. This extensive coverage provides added security for both our clients and our business operations.
- Carpet Cleaning Services: Our standard carpet cleaning services exclude steam cleaning, which is available at a separate pricing structure. Clients interested in steam cleaning should inquire for specific rates.
- Preparation Requirements: Clients are required to ensure the property is free of personal items prior to our service. This allows us to perform our duties effectively and efficiently.
- Liability for Personal Items: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that are left behind. It is highly recommended that clients vacate all furniture and personal items to prevent any potential issues.
- Surcharge for Larger Properties: For properties containing five or more rooms, an additional surcharge of $100 will be applied. This surcharge accounts for the increased time and resources required to service larger spaces.
- Care and Handling of Property: While we handle clients' property and personal items with utmost care, clients should secure or remove valuable and fragile items beforehand. We are not liable for any items left in the cleaning or work areas.
- Bond-Back Guarantee Inspection: To qualify for our bond-back guarantee, an inspection must be scheduled within 72 hours post end-of-lease cleaning. This inspection allows us to address any concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
- Agent Concerns: We are committed to addressing any concerns raised by real estate agents promptly to uphold our bond-back guarantee. This proactive approach helps in resolving issues efficiently.
- Inspection and Service Review: Clients should schedule an inspection to review the inclusions and exclusions of our services. This step ensures clarity and agreement on the scope of work to be performed.
- External Areas: Please note that external areas of the property may be impacted by weather conditions. These areas are not covered by our bond-back guarantee, and clients should take this into consideration.
- Utilities Requirement: The availability of electrical power and water on-site is essential for the performance of our services. Clients must ensure these utilities are accessible during the scheduled service time.
