Still need extra cleaning to make sure the move out is as smooth as possible, no problems, we have you covered with a range of add-ons to make sure you are covered.
EXCLUSION - External window cleaning (balcony doors are an exception). - Deep stain removal and extensive mold remediation not included. - Not covering large-scale debris and rubbish removal. - Cleaning of external areas is limited to 1 balcony only. - Blinds/curtain, - Ceiling fans - cleaning at an additional $30.00 each - External windows (except the main balcony door) - Furniture - Excessive wall mold/marks and sticky residues. - Additional balconies and balcony balustrades not included INCLUSIONS - All kitchen assets (oven, stove, range-hood) - Light fittings - Doors - Internal windows (including tracks and frame), and the external balcony door (including only one balcony).
Terms & Conditions - We fix any damages caused by our services at our expense. We have $10 million public liability insurance. Carpet cleaning excludes steam cleaning; separate pricing applies. Ensure the property is free of personal items. We're not responsible for lost or damaged items left behind. It's recommended to vacate furniture/personal items. If the property contains 5 or more rooms an additional surcharge of $100 will be applied. We handle clients' property and personal items with care. Secure or remove valuable/fragile items beforehand. We're not liable for items left in cleaning/work areas. An inspection within 72 hours post end of lease cleaning is necessary for bond back guarantee. We address agent concerns promptly for our bond-back guarantee. Schedule an inspection and review inclusions/exclusions. Note: External areas may be impacted by weather, not covered by the bond-back guarantee. Electrical power & water availability are required on-site.
